Terms of use

Last updated 8 October 2026

Plan & Plant is operated by Aleksandr Gulbickij. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Guidance, not a warranty

Plan & Plant publishes typical frost dates and planting windows from climate archives and plant requirements. They are guidance for gardening, not a warranty of germination, harvest, or garden success. Weather, soil, and microclimates vary. Use your own judgement for your plot.

Acceptable use

You may use the public pages for personal gardening. Do not scrape the site in a way that overloads the host, and do not present the dates as official meteorological advice.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for crop loss or other damages from relying on these dates.
